Lyndsey Diehl, MHA, RHIA, CHDA, CSTR, is the Director of the Trauma Registry at the Pennsylvania Trauma Systems Foundation, where she leads efforts to ensure high-quality trauma data collection, analysis, and reporting to support patient outcomes across the state. Prior to joining the Foundation, Lyndsey began her career in Health Information Management with the Pennsylvania Cancer Registry, where she progressed from intern to Registry Specialist and Field Representative within the Quality Assurance Unit. In this role, she developed deep expertise in data integrity, registry operations, and quality monitoring. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management from the Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2013 and subsequently obtained her Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) credential. She later earned a Master of Health Administration from Duquesne University, further strengthening her expertise in healthcare leadership. Lyndsey also holds the Certified Specialist in Trauma Registries (CSTR) and Certified Health Data Analyst (CHDA) credentials. With a strong foundation in registry management, data analytics, and quality improvement, Lyndsey is dedicated to advancing trauma care through accurate data.
