If all agents are busy, users may leave a message with their name, facility number, phone number, email address, and the eight-digit trauma number (if applicable). The message should include the best time to return the call and a brief description of the issue. An agent will respond to the user’s message as soon as possible. If the user calls after hours, an agent will contact the user the following business day.
