Jen Lau, Manager of Accreditation, MSN, RN, CNML, CEN, CPEN. Jen brings 17 years of trauma experience to PTSF. She began her career in emergency nursing and has held several key leadership positions, including Nurse Manager of Pediatric Surgical Services, Nurse Manager of the Pediatric Emergency Department, and Trauma Program Manager at Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital, a level I Trauma Center. Jen has presented regionally and nationally on topics such as pediatric trauma care, trauma team dynamics, error prevention, and surgical safety. Jen holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Walden University and undergraduate nursing degrees from Penn State University. Jen is excited to join PTSF to help advance trauma excellence at the state level. She looks forward to building meaningful partnerships with trauma centers across Pennsylvania and contributing to a shared mission of improving outcomes for all injured patients.
