I had an issue today with creating a transfer file for submission. What steps do I need to take?

Please make sure you grab the transfer and retransfer logs which will either be named transferred transfer.log/retranfer.log or will have the name with the file extension name .tl or .rl. Please contact Gaby Wenger and give her the list with an email of issues you are having. *Please add the logs with your email so we have the correct numbers that are being submitted*
