Stephanie Sailes, MSN, RN is the Trauma Program Manager at Jefferson Einstein Hospital, bringing extensive experience in emergency and trauma nursing to her leadership role. She began her career in the Emergency Department at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, later moving into trauma quality as a Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator before advancing to program management.
Stephanie earned both her BSN and most recently her MSN in Leadership in Health Systems Management from Drexel University. She is passionate about improving trauma systems, elevating patient outcomes, and driving high reliability performance across the continuum of care.
Ms. Sailes represents the Pennsylvania State Nurses Association (PSNA) on the PTSF Board of Directors
