Effective October 1, 2014 there are 32 hospitals that are accredited trauma centers in Pennsylvania. Three of these hospitals have dual adult and pediatric accreditation. On November 1, 2014 the number of trauma centers will increase to 33 with an additional Level IV trauma center.

Adult Level I Trauma Centers

1.Allentown – Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest Campus (dual Adult Level I and Pediatric Level II accreditation)

2.Bethlehem - St. Luke’s University Hospital – Bethlehem Campus

3.Danville – Geisinger Medical Center (dual accreditation)

4.Hershey - The Milton S. Hershey Medical Center (dual Adult Level I and Pediatric Level I accreditation)

5.Johnstown - Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center

6.Philadelphia - Albert Einstein Medical Center

7.Philadelphia - Hahnemann University Hospital

8.Philadelphia – Temple University Hospital
